Working as an installer of insulation mattresses offers lasting security. Companies must save energy and reduce their CO₂ emissions, while new regulations encourage insulation across all sectors — industry, maritime, and utilities. This specialized work requires human insight and technical craftsmanship that machines or AI cannot replace. In this way, you combine technology, sustainability, and safety in a career with long-term prospects.
An insulation mattress is like a cushion cover made of technical fabric filled with insulating material, such as loose glass or rock wool. It is used to reduce heat transfer between an installation and its surroundings.
You can lose up to 85% less heat per component when an insulation mattress is applied.
Insulation mattresses can be used in several ways — for reducing heat loss, minimizing noise pollution, and improving fire safety.
Our insulation mattresses can be attached with hooks and lacing wire, Velcro, straps and buckles, snap fasteners, or clamp closures. This makes them easy to install and remove.
