Energy saving obligation
The energy saving obligation is a legal requirement for companies in the Netherlands that consume a certain amount of energy. Companies with an electricity consumption of more than 50,000 kWh or a natural gas consumption of more than 25,000 m³ fall under this obligation and are required to implement sustainability measures.
